Responsibilities include ROI evaluation for performance marketing, pricing strategies, capital allocation and ensuring regulatory compliance and strong internal controls across the finance function.

Qualifications

• CA qualification with 8–12 years post-qualification experience.
• At least 4 years in Business Finance within FMCG.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, operations and finance to analyze performance.
• Evaluate ROI for marketing spends and promotions.
• Prepare business plans and drive financial targets.
• Provide cost optimization and capital allocation insights.
• Monitor key financial metrics and report to leadership.
