The Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at BANK OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS (BPI) is responsible for managing the needs of large and middle market corporate clients in the Philippines, cultivating trust and partnership, and growing profitability through timely financial solutions.

You will coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Compliance to ensure excellent customer experience, negotiate loan terms, monitor portfolio quality, and drive business development and cross-selling in a regulated

Qualifications

College degree in Banking/Accounting/Finance is preferred.
3–5 years in Commercial, Corporate, or SME Banking with client relationship management.
Familiarity with Philippine regulatory standards and compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of large and middle market corporate clients with focus on profitability.
Grow income and wallet share through business development and product cross-sell.
Ensure positive customer experience through collaboration with product groups, channels, operations and compliance.
Negotiate loan terms, assist with documentation and credit approvals.
Monitor loan portfolio credit quality and coordinate with special accounts management for recoveries.
