Job summary

RCBC in Makati is seeking an experienced Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to lead growth for a designated portfolio of corporate clients. You will prospect new high-potential accounts, manage relationships with CEOs, COOs and CFOs, and coordinate with bank partners to deliver tailored product solutions while achieving mandated targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business course
• At least two years of banking industry experience, specifically in corporate banking
• Preferably Chinese-speaking

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account strategies to maximize returns.
• Solicit credit-worthy corporate accounts and expand coverage.
• Drive customized product plans with bank partners based on client needs.
• Build relationships with CEOs/COOs/CFOs and promote cross-selling across bank services.
• Evaluate credit proposals and renewals per strategy.
• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure sound credit health.
• Ensure documentation, covenants and policies are followed.
• Assist in collections and loan restructurings when required.
• Mentor Account Specialists on account administration and relationship management
