RCBC in Metro Manila seeks a Commercial Loans professional to generate new loans, develop existing portfolios, and cross-sell other bank products while maintaining asset quality. The role includes conducting credit evaluations, market outreach, and relationship management with clients.

Strong financial analysis and communication skills are essential. The candidate will ensure adherence to bank policies and regulations, while expanding the bank’s market share and profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Accounting or Commerce completed.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred for this role.
• Working knowledge of international and local trade payments, bank policies and procedures, and credit analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct credit evaluation of accounts, including client calls and ocular inspections.
• Recommend credit facilities aligned with Bank priorities and client profitability.
• Improve loan portfolio quality and maximize return on resources.
• Solicit credit-worthy accounts by identifying target markets and tailoring financial packages.
• Expand and deepen relationships with prime accounts through annual reviews and cross-sell.
