Job summary

RCBC is seeking a seasoned Banking Professional to maximize the commercial effectiveness of Relationship Managers across Corporate and Business Banking sectors in Manila.

Responsibilities include conducting post-deal reviews, collaborating with external bank partners to bundle RCBC products, and designing sales sprints to lift CASA ADB and overall revenue, while leveraging strong knowledge of transaction banking and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or economics.
• 5–7 years in transaction banking or relationship management.
• Proficiency in standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize the commercial effectiveness of Relationship Managers across Corporate and Business Banking Sectors.
• Conduct post-deal reviews to understand why mandates were won or lost and refine the sales strategy.
• Collaborate with external bank partners and YGC affiliates to bundle RCBC products, creating a more comprehensive client ecosystem.
• Conceptualize and execute targeted sales Sprints to drive CASA ADB and throughout.
