Job summary

RCBC is seeking an experienced banking professional to lead a team of Relationship Managers and Associates. You will implement marketing and account management strategies to deliver bank products to commercial and SME clients, while thoroughly reviewing and endorsing credit proposals to appropriate authorities.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of credit analysis, and the ability to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while maintaining high credit quality.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in credit analysis and account management.
• Working knowledge of credit analysis, bank products/services, banking regulations and related legal docs.
• Leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Strong decision-making and organizational planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors strategies as directed by Group Head and Division Head; manages a team of RMs/RAs.
• Oversees marketing plans and account management to meet center profit objectives and bank targets.
• Directly manages key accounts and solicits new business; participates in client calls and inspections.
• Monitors RM performance, reviews monthly results vs targets, and develops improvement plans.
• Ensures credit proposals are accurate and adhere to policies/regulations; presents to Crecom/Excom/Board.
