Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any business discipline.
• At least 2 years in corporate banking.
• Knowledge of credit proposals and risk assessment.
• Ability to engage with C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes account strategies to maximize returns from corporate relationships.
• Solicits credit-worthy accounts by identifying target markets and strategy.
• Drives customized product account plans in coordination with bank partners.
• Promotes cross-selling across the bank's product suite for corporate clients.
• Delivers mandated profitability metrics and cross-sell ratios while ensuring compliance.
• Maintains compliance with documentation and covenant requirements.
• Builds relationships with decision makers and influencers (CEO, COO, CFO, Treasury Heads).
• Prepares and evaluates credit proposals and renewals per account plans.
