Job summary

Makati Life Nurture Medical Center Inc. is seeking a Corporate Accounts Officer to develop and manage key corporate accounts, driving census and revenue growth. The role requires building relationships, negotiating opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.

You will lead account programs, monitor performance, and present strategic plans to grow corporate engagement while maintaining high client satisfaction across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, account management or healthcare marketing.
• Experience acquiring, developing and managing corporate accounts.
• Experience in client negotiation and closing account agreements.
• Experience developing and implementing corporate account programs and engagement initiatives.
• Experience managing revenue, census or similar targets.
• Strong business development, sales, negotiation, presentation and account management skills.
• Strong relationship management and client engagement abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage assigned corporate accounts across industries to grow the hospital's portfolio.
• Identify, negotiate, and close corporate account opportunities with proposals and agreements.
• Achieve census and revenue targets through account development and referrals.
• Develop and implement corporate account programs to increase utilization and awareness.
• Maintain relationships with corporate clients and coordinate with internal teams.
• Draft and present the annual Corporate Accounts strategic and operational plans with monitoring and reporting.
