• Meet sales and revenue goals/targets.
• Develop relationships with business partners and intermediaries.
• Be a productive team member of the division and enable/train officers reporting to them.
• Devise plans/initiatives and execute them with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide computation, recommendation and/or approval of rates and benefits for approved franchised accounts.
• Inform the Company of new contacts/partners and new sales opportunities.
