Job summary

Architex Phil., Inc. in Davao City is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee procurement of construction materials, equipment, tools, services, and subcontractors, ensuring timely, cost‑effective, and quality purchases in support of project needs.

You will manage end‑to‑end procurement from PR to delivery, source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices and terms, monitor orders and supplier performance, and lead the Procurement/Purchasing Team while coordinating with Project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in construction.
• At least 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, supplier sourcing, bidding, negotiation, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; ERP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement from PR to delivery.
• Source, evaluate, accredit, and manage suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Request and evaluate quotations and prepare bid analyses.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure materials meet specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Warehouse, and Accounting.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure policy compliance.
• Supervise the Procurement/Purchasing Team.
