Job summary

Link Energie is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services in Metro Manila. You will lead a team, develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and drive cost-effective, timely purchases.

The role requires strong negotiation, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a focus on compliance and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum five years of procurement experience in construction.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet project requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Monitor vendor performance and relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to align procurement with project goals.
• Resolve procurement-related issues and disputes.
• Continuously improve procurement processes and practices.
• Provide periodic reports to Management.
• Perform other related functions as assigned.
