Job summary

SAN YANG INTERTRADE CORP is seeking a Project Manager (Architect/Engineer) to lead construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, compliance with contracts, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect with at least 2 years of related experience in commercial/industrial settings, strong leadership, and proficient in English and Filipino, with solid computer skills (Google Drive, MS Office).

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect.
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial, warehouse, or industrial construction.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance and quality control across projects.
• Oversee project management, evaluation and monitoring for the full cycle.
• Ensure on-time delivery and manage change orders with stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit weekly accomplishment reports and docs.
• Review contractor billings and time extensions for accuracy.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and involved parties.
• Assist during LGU inspections and project-related transactions.
• Perform other tasks or special projects as assigned.
