Architex Phil., Inc. in Davao City is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee procurement of construction materials, equipment, tools, services, and subcontractors, ensuring timely, cost‑effective, and quality purchases in support of project needs.

Location: Davao City, Davao Del Sur
Salary: ₱30,000–₱35,000/month, depending on experience
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the company’s procurement activities for construction materials, equipment, tools, services, and subcontractors. The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and quality procurement in support of project requirements.
Manage end-to-end procurement activities from Purchase Requisition (PR) to delivery.
Source, evaluate, accredit, and manage suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Request and evaluate quotations and prepare comparative/bid analysis.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and other commercial terms.
Ensure materials and services comply with approved specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, material availability, and supplier performance.
Coordinate closely with Project Management, Warehouse, Accounting, and other departments.
Monitor procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Maintain complete and accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and approval procedures.
Supervise and provide direction to the Procurement/Purchasing Team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
At least 5 years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in the construction industry.
At least 2 years supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, supplier sourcing, bidding, negotiation, and cost control.
Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with ERP or procurement systems is an advantage.
Preferred: Candidates with established supplier networks and hands‑on experience in construction project procurement are highly encouraged to apply.
