Job summary

Shopee is seeking a senior HR/OD leader to drive compensation strategy, leadership development, and organizational design in the Manila region. You will benchmark market trends, ensure pay equity, and manage leadership pipelines across businesses.

You will partner with executives and HR partners to run talent reviews, performance cycles, and mobility programs, while shaping a data-driven culture and campus recruitment strategy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in HR or management consulting with organization development or talent strategy
• Knowledge of compensation principles: benchmarking, pay structure, equity, payroll planning
• Experience in compensation analysis or rewards strategy preferred
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with business judgment
• Excellent stakeholder management and written/verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation initiatives: benchmarking, equity analyses, payroll planning
• Develop high-potential talent and succession planning
• Partner with leaders to drive talent reviews, performance cycles, and leadership frameworks
• Analyze talent metrics to provide data-driven insights to senior leaders
• Identify learning needs for high-potential talent and leadership programs
• Drive organizational development initiatives: engagement surveys and culture-building activities
• Support employee mobility and internal transfers across regions
• Design campus recruitment for graduates and employer branding at universities
• Represent Shopee at universities and external events as an employer of choice
