Job summary

Shopee Manila is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders on people initiatives that support growth and sustainability. You will work with HR and business teams to implement policies, processes, and address people issues, while advising on workforce planning, talent gaps, recruitment, development, and succession planning.

You will lead performance management, improve productivity, resolve conflicts, maintain morale, and manage attrition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Management.
• 4–5 years of general HR or HR business partnering experience; ecommerce/logistics warehousing experience is a plus.
• Expertise in organizational development and/or employee relations is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in project management and change management.
• Strong mindset for continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on people initiatives to support growth and sustainability.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to implement policies, processes, and resolve people matters.
• Advise on workforce planning, identify talent gaps, and develop recruitment, development, and succession plans.
• Lead performance management initiatives with managers to improve productivity and address gaps.
• Address conflicts and maintain positive employee relations, morale, and retention.
• Lead change management efforts for organizational transitions and conduct offsite visits as needed.
