Job summary

You will partner with HR and business leaders to manage salary surveys, analyze data trends, and implement programs that attract and retain talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation or HR experience.
• Strong data analysis and trend identification.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and administers compensation policies.
• Develops surveys to analyze competitive salary information.
• Recommends actions to resolve compensation problems.
• Reviews classifications to determine base and incentive ranges.
• Formulates salary structure recommendations and exemptions.
• Keeps up with statutory requirements and best practices.
• Collaborates with HR partners to resolve escalated compensation issues.
