Responsibilities

• Administer compensation and benefits programs (Annual Incentive, Merit, Health and Welfare, Wellness).
• Liaise with vendors to ensure accurate data transmission and timely processing.
• Conduct surveys; analyze results; advise on policy/program revisions to stay competitive.
• Ensure annual compliance of compensation and benefit plans; update plan documents.
• Maintain contracts, addendums and renewals for compensation and health programs.
• Prepare reports and support annual processes with data analysis.
