Job summary

The ideal candidate has a degree and 2+ years in data analysis, compensation, or benefits, with strong Excel and communication skills. This role offers hybrid work with global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of compensation principles and practices.
• Strong analytical capability demonstrated through experience.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present and influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation and benefits programs such as Annual Incentive and Health and Welfare.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure accurate transmission of interface files and timely data transfer.
• Analyze survey results and provide recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with plan documents and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain contracts, addendums, and renewals for compensation and health programs.
• Prepare reports and support annual processes across regions.
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.
• Support global survey planning, costing, and administration.
• Develop process documentation and inform regions of updates.
