Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a highly accomplished engineering leader to oversee Engineering, Technical Services, Project Management, and Construction Management for diversified real estate developments.

The role requires leading horizontal housing developments and vertical condo projects, managing multiple units and geographically dispersed teams, with strong budgeting and governance capabilities across nationwide sites.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC-licensed)
• Significant leadership in real estate development, engineering or construction
• 15+ years of progressive senior management experience
• Experience in both horizontal and vertical development projects
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and contract administration capabilities

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across engineering, technical services, project management, and construction management
• Direct planning, execution, monitoring, and turnover of major housing and high-rise projects
• Ensure projects meet budgets, timelines, quality standards, and technical specs
• Oversee feasibility, design coordination, procurement support, construction execution, and post-construction requirements
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage dispersed operations nationwide
• Establish governance, risk management, and performance monitoring across developments
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, safety, and quality management practices
• Drive cost optimization and process improvements
• Conduct site visits and leadership-level project assessments
• Collaborate with executive management on capex planning and prioritization
