Job summary

HRTx Inc in Metro Manila seeks a Commercial Manager to lead day-to-day commercial activities for projects, overseeing cost planning, quantity surveying, and bid management across MEPF and related systems.

You will work with project teams to monitor budgets, contracts, and risk, translate technical and financial data into actionable insights, and drive cost efficiency and compliant commercial practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial management or cost control.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms and bid management.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day commercial activities for projects, including cost planning, quantity surveying, and bid management across MEPF and auxiliary systems.
• Review contracts, monitor budgets and forecasts, and highlight risks for cost control.
• Prepare bids, evaluate terms, and support negotiations with internal teams and clients.
• Standardize processes and generate commercial reports to support pricing strategies.
