Job summary

Dahua Technology HK Limited in the Philippines (Metro Manila, Taguig) seeks an experienced Pre-Sales / Solution Engineer to drive technical pursuits for customer opportunities. You will design solutions, prepare BoQ and proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and support bids, POC, and deployments across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or IT field.
• At least 5 years in pre-sales, solution engineering, or related technical roles.
• Experience in CCTV, video surveillance, access control, or physical security is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in solution design, system configuration, BoQ preparation, and technical documentation.
• Experience in product demonstrations, POC, bidding, and customer presentations is advantageous.
• Strong presentation and customer engagement skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel and visit customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end pre-sales activities, including customer requirement analysis, solution design, BoQ, and technical proposal preparation.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions based on project needs.
• Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, product demonstrations, solution presentations, and product trainings.
• Provide technical support for POC, bidding, technical clarifications, and other project-related requirements.
• Support project handover and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery.
• Gather customer feedback, market trends, competitor information, and industry requirements to identify potential solution opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Project Delivery teams to develop opportunities and support business targets.
• Provide technical guidance to customers, partners, system integrators, and other stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
