This full-time role bridges strategic vision and operational execution, aiming to maximise stakeholder engagement and smooth transitions. As a Change Manager, you will develop change strategies, conduct stakeholder analyses, design training and communications, monitor readiness with KPIs, and coach leadership teams to build change capabilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of change management experience in consulting or corporate settings.
• Knowledge of ADKAR, Kotter 8-step or similar frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in project management, scheduling, budgeting, cross-functional teams.
• Certification in change management (Prosci or equivalent) is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in business, OD, HR or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies and roadmaps.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and tailor communication plans.
• Design and deliver change awareness programs and training.
• Monitor readiness and impact with metrics and KPIs.
• Coach leadership and change champions to build capabilities.
• Collaborate with PMs and leaders to align with deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate change-related risks and contingency plans.
• Document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
