Qualifications

• 5+ years of change management experience in consulting or corporate settings.
• Knowledge of ADKAR, Kotter 8-step or similar frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in project management, scheduling, budgeting, cross-functional teams.
• Certification in change management (Prosci or equivalent) is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in business, OD, HR or related field.

About the role

AVENSYS CONSULTING INC. is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a critical strategic role in our organisation's success. As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for guiding organisations through transformational initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, and maximising stakeholder engagement during periods of organisational change. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between strategic vision and operational execution, helping our clients navigate complex business transformations with confidence and clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and roadmaps aligned with organisational objectives and project timelines

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and create tailored communication plans to ensure buy-in and engagement across all levels of the organisation

• Design and deliver change awareness programmes, training initiatives, and support systems to minimise resistance and facilitate smooth adoption

• Monitor change readiness and impact, utilising metrics and key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas requiring intervention

• Provide coaching and support to leadership teams and change champions to build change leadership capabilities

• Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and business leaders to ensure change initiatives remain aligned with project deliverables

• Identify and mitigate change-related risks, developing contingency plans where necessary

• Document lessons learned and best practices from change initiatives to support continuous improvement and organisational learning

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in change management within complex organisational environments, ideally with 5+ years in a consulting or corporate setting

• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices (such as ADKAR, Kotter's 8-step process, or similar models)

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels from frontline staff to C-suite executives

• Demonstrated project management experience, including ability to develop timelines, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to assess organisational readiness and develop tailored solutions

• Experience in designing and delivering training programmes and change communications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment

• Certification in change management (such as Prosci Certification or equivalent) is highly desirable

• Bachelor's degree in business, organisational development, human resources, or a related field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management or change management software tools
