EPAM is seeking an experienced Change Management professional to join our EMEA Organizational Change Management (OCM) Business Consulting Practice, working in a hybrid mode, ideally based in the UK, France or Spain.

As an OCM Consultant or Manager, you will participate in end-to-end change management programs to help clients transform their business and recognize value from technology-driven initiatives, often connected to EPAM's software engineering teams.

Qualificações

• Demonstrable consulting experience leading end-to-end change programs.
• Experience across diagnostics, strategy, engagement, training and adoption.
• Ability to balance multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and support internal OCM capability growth within key accounts.
• Develop end-to-end change management programs and stakeholder analyses.
• Design communication plans, readiness assessments and training plans.
• Create L&D materials and lead training sessions.
• Monitor adoption effectiveness and report insights to stakeholders.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
