Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services invites a Senior Consultant to join the People Consulting team in Change Management. You will deploy transformative solutions, collaborate with EY global offices, and drive stakeholder engagement across multi-country projects.

The role emphasizes delivering high-impact change programs, designing training, and ensuring successful adoption through evidence-based approaches. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–9 years of experience in Change Management with degree in HR, MBA or equivalent
• Demonstrated expertise in executing Change Management on global client projects
• Experience supporting HR Transformation, Digital Strategy, and ERP Transformation projects in global teams
• Experience in large global transformation efforts in a change management role
• Knowledge of change strategy, stakeholder analysis, comms strategy and training design

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality deliverables through EX reviews and client feedback
• Be recognized as SME in HR functional domain
• Drive effective client communication and build relations across locations
• Support development of thought leadership, tools and methodologies for change management
• Collaborate with EY global offices to generate demand for change management projects
• Build capability in change management within GDS and EY member firms
• Oversee resource management, task allocation and team performance
