This role involves facilitating Change Advisory Board meetings and reviewing RFCs while maintaining audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Change Management.
• Good understanding of ITSM processes: Change Management, Request Management, Incident Management, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office; preferably with advanced Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of a change ensuring compliance with policies.
• Enforce Change Management process to support audit requirements.
• Review and process RFCs, assessing risk and impact.

Skills

Experience with Enterprise Change Management

Understanding of ITSM processes

Experience with ServiceNow

Advanced Excel knowledge

Facilitation of CAB meetings

ITIL v4 certification
