Job summary

SGV & Co. in Makati is seeking an experienced PMO/HR transformation project professional to oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams. You will plan, govern, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage risks and budgets to ensure timely outcomes.

The role requires collaboration with business leaders and clients, preparing executive-level reports and governance materials, and driving continuous improvement in PMO processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, PMO, consulting, technology implementation, HR transformation, or business transformation.
• Experience managing project plans, risks, issues, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience preparing executive-level project reports and governance materials.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project planning, workplan development, execution, and milestone tracking.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, status reports, governance materials, action trackers, RAID logs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project activities across business, functional, technical, vendor, and client teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and escalation of delivery concerns to project leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees, governance forums, and status reviews.
• Monitor project progress against milestones, deliverables, budgets, resource plans, utilization targets, and performance metrics.
• Track action items and drive follow-through to support timely issue resolution and decision-making.
• Prepare meeting minutes, executive presentations, project reports, and governance updates for key stakeholders.
• Support testing, deployment, implementation readiness, and change activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks, quality standards, and assurance requirements.
• Coach and supervise associates supporting project workstreams and contribute to team development.
• Contribute to the enhancement of project management methodologies, tools, templates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
