Job summary

Union Bank of the Philippines is seeking a Corporate Solutions Manager to drive cash management sales, expand relationships across corporate and retail banking, and grow deposits and fee income in Cagayan De Oro City.

This probationary role requires strong CMS expertise, leadership, and a proven track record in corporate banking to deliver profitable, client-focused banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, Marketing or related field.
• Strong experience in CMS, Transaction Banking, Corporate Banking, Treasury Sales or Relationship Management.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow CMS, deposits, transaction volumes and fee income.
• Build and strengthen relationships with corporate clients through presentations, business development activities and solution selling.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to ensure profitable and sustainable deals for the bank.
• Monitor client performance and compliance, addressing gaps and identifying growth opportunities.
• Lead, coach and mentor team members while collaborating with Corporate Banking and Retail Banking partners to achieve targets.
