Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the banking industry.
• Proven track record in product development, lifecycle management, and strategy execution.
• Experience in managing cash management, check deposits, mobile channel solutions, collections or disbursement is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management and growth of corporate cash management products.
• Analyze profitability, volumes, ADB and revenues.
• Develop marketing plans and selling strategies to drive sales and volumes.
• Ensure product implementation and coordination across onboarding, sales, operations, IT, and risk.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal policies.
• Collaborate with sales teams and relationship managers for customized deals.
• Analyze product cost and competitiveness, recommend cost-reductions and pricing.
