Job summary

IBM Consulting’s Recruiting Specialist role partners with Hiring Managers to process inbound and active candidate applications across sourcing channels, presenting the most qualified to interview. You’ll work within IBM Talent Acquisition teams, shaping candidate shortlists and conveying IBM’s EVP to candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4+ years of recruitment experience across in-house, RPO or agency roles.
• 2+ years with a web-based applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Review and screen candidate applications from multiple sourcing channels and present the most qualified for interviews.
• Manage a requisition load, collaborating with Hiring Manager from discovery to offer negotiation or as part of a sourcing team.
• Act as the first point of contact for active candidates and communicate IBM's EVP and role details.
• Maintain ongoing candidate status updates and ensure accurate ATS entries.
• Contribute to high client satisfaction levels and promote positive referrals and case studies.
