Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Sourcer (RPO) in Quezon City, Philippines, to identify and engage best-in-class talent for client roles. You will develop proactive sourcing strategies and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to define position requirements and selling points.

You will manage passive and active candidate pipelines, conduct outreach, and maintain visibility of candidate status in the CRM and ATS. Strong communication and sourcing skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ extensive sourcing experience.
• 2-4 years’ in a client management role working across stakeholders.
• 2-4 years’ experience with a web-based applicant tracking system.
• 2-4 years’ knowledge of recruitment best practices.
• Knowledge in sourcing through different job boards and social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Develops, influences, and executes sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates.
• Develops relationships with key candidates and large-scale talent pools.
• Engages with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand profiles for role-based sourcing.
• Builds a substantial competitive intelligence knowledge base of functional roles.
• Sources for passive and active candidates from internal ATS, Job Boards and other appropriate media outlets.
• Tracks all sourcing activities in the CRM (Greenhouse) tool for all pipelines, conversions, and hires.
• Identifies new methods and approaches for sourcing of candidates.
• Shares creative sourcing skills among the broader sourcing team.
• Conducts outbound calls to potential candidates.
• Drives applicants through sourcing activities to apply for open requisitions.
• Provides daily updates to keep team apprised of sourcing efforts Assists in other markets/countries as needed
