PM Consulting is seeking a proactive Buyer to join our team in Manila. This role blends purchasing, supplier relationship management, sales analysis, and inventory planning to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in purchasing, merchandising, sales, inventory management, supply chain, or business operations are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers, sales reports, and inventory information.
• Proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable communicating and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic office applications; knowledge of data analysis is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor sales performance, product trends, and inventory levels to support accurate ordering and product availability.
• Prepare and coordinate purchase orders based on sales trends, inventory requirements, and business needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, pricing, discounts, promotions, and other business concerns.
• Analyze product performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, inventory efficiency, and profitability.
• Coordinate promotional activities and secure supplier support to help increase product sales.
• Maintain accurate product information, pricing, inventory records, and purchasing documentation.
• Follow up on pending orders, product returns, and other operational concerns to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with internal departments to support business objectives.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Perform other purchasing and business support responsibilities as needed.
