Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Management, SCM, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in purchasing, merchandising, or inventory is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; comfortable with data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Monitor sales performance, product trends, and inventory levels to support accurate ordering.
• Prepare and coordinate purchase orders based on sales trends and inventory needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers on orders, pricing, discounts, and promotions.
• Analyze product performance to improve sales, inventory efficiency, and profitability.
• Maintain accurate product information, pricing, and purchasing records.
• Follow up on orders and returns to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with internal departments to support business objectives.
• Build and maintain positive supplier and stakeholder relationships.
• Perform other purchasing and business support responsibilities as needed.
