Job summary

Maximum Solutions Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Procurement/Purchasing specialist. Fresh graduates with related internship are welcome; a degree in Customs Administration is preferred, but Business Administration or Supply Chain Management are also acceptable.

At least 6 months to 1 year in Purchasing/Procurement is required; importing from international suppliers is a plus. You will monitor stock levels, research suppliers, manage end-to-end purchase cycles, track orders, and prepare

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration is preferred, but graduates of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any relevant field are welcome to apply.
FRESH GRADUATES are open to apply, with related Internship required.
With at least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in Purchasing/Procurement is required for this position.
Experience in importing/sourcing from international suppliers is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor stock levels regularly and proactively identify purchasing needs.
Research potential suppliers and conduct market analyses to track pricing trends.
Manage the end-to-end purchase cycle, evaluate vendor offers, and negotiate pricing.
Track orders, follow up with suppliers on changes or updates, and ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with warehouse personnel to verify received goods, condition, and documentation.
Prepare detailed cost analyses and maintain updated records of purchase orders and vendor contracts.
