Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years in business operations, strategy, management consulting, project management, or similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial position.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational or operational improvements.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across all levels.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, technology, or high-growth startup environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute major campaigns with cross-department readiness.
• Create campaign timelines, plans, and roadmaps across departments and stakeholders.
• Implement strategic metrics and governance for visibility and alignment.
• Identify cost-optimization initiatives while preserving efficiency.
• Simplify workflows and standardize best practices across departments.
• Lead strategic projects to support growth and scalability.
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives delivering business objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads to find ops excellence opportunities.
• Conduct post-campaign reviews and implement improvements.
• Build relationships to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Mentor Business Operations team and foster continuous improvement.
