• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, or fulfillment operations at scale.
• Proven track record of improving service levels and cost efficiency via data and processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on, builder mentality in a constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational preparation for major campaigns across FlowerStore and Potico.
• Translate campaign requirements into operational action plans with cross-functional teams.
• Create campaign prep timelines, checklists, and readiness plans.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, and CS to address needs before launches.
• Monitor readiness, deliverables, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Identify capacity, inventory, fulfillment, and customer experience issues and escalate.
• Support capacity planning for high-volume gifting periods and peak occasions.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to define responsibilities and timelines.
• Track progress and report readiness to Head of Operations.
• Support development of processes, tools, and readiness frameworks.
• Conduct post-campaign reviews to identify lessons and improvements.
• Analyze operational data and campaign performance to spot recurring issues.
• Support strategic projects assigned by Head of Operations.
• Build strong cross-department relationships to improve coordination.
