Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years in business operations, strategy, management consulting, project management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational or operational improvements.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end planning, preparation, and execution of major campaigns, ensuring operational readiness across all departments.
• Develop integrated campaign timelines, project plans, and execution roadmaps while coordinating deliverables across departments and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic frameworks, performance metrics, and governance processes to improve visibility, accountability, and cross-functional alignment.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement cost optimization initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency and business performance.
• Drive continuous process improvement by simplifying workflows, eliminating operational bottlenecks, and standardizing best practices across departments.
• Lead strategic business projects and operational initiatives that support organizational growth, scalability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives and special projects that improve organizational performance and support business objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify opportunities for operational excellence, process automation, and scalable business solutions.
• Conduct post-campaign reviews by analyzing performance, documenting lessons learned, and implementing improvements for future initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, effective communication, and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Mentor and develop Business Operations team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
