Job summary

Assessment Analytics Inc. is seeking a Business Development Associate in Makati to support Business Development Officers in scheduling meetings with prospective clients and handling logistical tasks.

You will diagnose client needs and feed insights back into the sales cycle to drive impactful engagements. Responsibilities include outbound calls to senior-level clients, identifying new leads, coordinating meetings, updating CRM, and supporting proposals and contracts through the sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any of the following: Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent.
• Preferably with atleast 1 year work experience in Sales or any equivalent positions.
• Proficient in MS Excel and has good communicat i on skills.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling responsibilities to senior level clients to schedule business meetings on behalf of the Business Development Officers.
• Identify, pursue and secure business appointments with new leads for prospective clients.
• Successfully diagnose the client’s key business needs where possible, to ensure a high quality of interaction in the first meeting with a Business Development Officers.
• Seek to engage with secondary points of contact in client organisations to help drive consensus based decision making where appropriate.
• Recruit prospective clients to AAI events (marketing events, webinars).
• Support the Business Development Officer/s in all aspects of the sales cycle, including follow up activities, scheduling, drafting proposals and contracts, recruiting clients to meetings and engagement in other activities.
• Support the sales process by managing the scheduling of meetings.
• Review and update client information on the CRM system to ensure it is up to date and accurate.
• Sales territory management and prioritization.
• Outbound marketing to engage prospective clients e.g. email campaigns, mailing and invitations.
