Job summary

Podcast Network Asia is seeking a senior commercial leader with an established executive network and credibility to scale our Signature Shows and Preroll slate in the Philippines. You will open doors with the country’s biggest brands and steer long-term partnerships across FMCG, financial services, telco, and tech.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven success in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, or Agency Commercial Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, nurture, and leverage a premium network of senior marketing and business leaders across enterprise brands in FMCG, Banking, Telco, Auto, Retail, Healthcare, and Tech.
• Consistently originate qualified sales opportunities for PNA’s Signature Shows and Preroll Originals. Lead consultative discovery meetings to diagnose brand objectives, marketing priorities, and budget structures.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to craft customized proposals and complex commercial structures, positioning multi-format content as long-term owned media assets rather than one-off sponsorships.
• Maintain meticulous CRM data and revenue forecasting models. Track high-level pipeline health, meeting velocity, active proposals, and expected quarterly revenue to report directly to executive leadership.
• Coordinate closely with the Account Management and Production teams to ensure accurate handoffs and seamless client onboarding once corporate deals are finalized.
