Qualifications

• 8+ years in Enterprise Sales or related leadership roles.
• An established rollover network of senior marketing directors, brand managers, and corporate decision-makers in the Philippines.
• Documented success selling high-value, long-cycle marketing or media solutions.
• Mastery of a consultative sales approach focused on solving deep business problems.
• Superb negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with procurement cycles.

Responsibilities

• Originates high-value sales opportunities and builds pipeline.
• Lead consultative discovery meetings to diagnose brand objectives, priorities, and budget structures.
• Collaborate with the CEO to craft customized proposals and complex commercial structures.
• Maintain meticulous CRM data and revenue forecasting models.
• Track high-level pipeline health, meeting velocity, active proposals, and quarterly revenue.
• Coordinate with Account Management and Production teams for smooth client handoffs.
