NBA Philippines is seeking a Senior Director, New Business & Marketing Partnership Lead to drive expansion by leading non-media B2B partnerships, sponsorships and licensing revenue, with collaboration across NBA Asia.

Based in Manila with travel across focus markets, the role oversees strategy, account management, and monetization of digital content assets, building revenue streams and managing partners.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in international or regional sales, business development and/or marketing.
• Proven track record in sponsorships, partnerships and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD strategy and outreach to multinational and domestic companies for merchandise licensing and integrated marketing programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and secure new partnerships in focus markets.
• Oversee sales process from prospecting to contract negotiations in Philippines.
• Manage budgets and relationships with partners to drive revenue in Philippines.
