Job summary

RCBC is seeking a Sales Officer for the Linden Suite Business Center. You will plan and implement sales strategies to achieve the branch’s goals and ensure long-term sustainability, while monitoring market conditions and identifying new opportunities.

You will grow the customer base, deepen relationships with existing clients, and maintain cordial relations with business units. A business-related degree and strong planning skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course is required.
• Strong strategic planning and financial management skills.
• Team player with ability to work in a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Business Center's sales plan in fulfillment of the Retail Banking Group's goals.
• Grow customer base through internal or external sales initiatives.
• Maintain cordial working relations with clients by ensuring timely servicing of financial needs.
• Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and sustainability of the Business Center.
