Job summary

The Back Room Offshoring Inc. is seeking a Billing and Collections Specialist based in Pampanga, Philippines.

You will manage client invoices, ensure timely billing, and coordinate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies. You will monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, reconcile payments in Xero, and collaborate with Account Management to resolve issues while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of billing, collections, or AR experience.
• Strong knowledge of billing processes and collection techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generate and review client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify billing data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
• Reconcile payments received with invoices and update Xero.
• Respond promptly and professionally to billing inquiries from clients.
• Prepare regular reports on billing and collection activities, including aging analysis.
