Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Solid understanding of accounting and collections principles.
• Able to manage details under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in APAC and/or US/AU B2B collections is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Kick Off invoices are paid prior to staff kick off.
• Monitor clients with outstanding balances and send payment reminders.
• Attend client and inter-department queries, disputes and requests.
• Review and issue Suspension Notices for overdue balances.
• Liaise with third-party debt collectors and internal teams as needed.
• Provide ad hoc reports as required.
