Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Billing and Collection Associate in the Philippines to prepare and monitor billings, record payments, and reconcile accounts receivable.

You will issue invoices, monitor customer balances, follow up on overdue accounts, and prepare aging and collection reports while maintaining organized records.

Fresh graduates are welcome; proficiency in Excel and MS Office, strong numerical and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in billing, collection, or AR is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good numerical and analytical abilities.
• Detail-oriented and organized with accurate records.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate customer billings, invoices, and statements.
• Monitor accounts receivable and maintain updated records of balances and payments.
• Follow up customers regarding outstanding and overdue accounts.
• Record and verify customer payments and apply to appropriate accounts.
• Perform regular reconciliation of billing, collection, and AR records.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on discrepancies and adjustments.
• Prepare collection and aging reports as required.
• Maintain complete billing documents and supporting records.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies involving invoices and payments.
• Ensure compliance with established billing procedures and internal controls.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
