Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in proposal writing, bid management or content development.
• Experience supporting high-value public sector or enterprise proposals.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes, RFPs, and compliance.
• Exceptional writing, editing and content organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Bid Managers, Capture Managers, Sales Leaders, Solution Architects and SMEs to understand requirements and win themes.
• Develop clear, compliant, and persuasive bid responses that address customer needs.
• Create standard and customized content reflecting Xerox solutions, capabilities, and differentiators.
• Translate complex concepts into customer-focused narratives and maintain a structured content library.
