Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in proposal development and bid processes.
• Familiarity with cross-functional team coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals with strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate pursuit projects and act as primary contact for the team.
• Schedule kickoff and checkpoint meetings and manage progress.
• Assemble and update Bid Planner Workbook with guidance and governance.
• Lead cadence calls and track target completion dates.
• Manage content, edit and QA RFx content.
• Develop RFx responses and ensure compliance with requirements.
