Job summary

Nezda Global is seeking a Bid Manager in Metro Manila to lead bidding, RFPs and pre-sales initiatives, partnering with stakeholders and clients throughout the proposal process. You will facilitate WBR/MBR/QBR sessions, build strong client relationships, manage expectations, and resolve escalations at senior levels, using Excel and dashboards to present insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pre-sales and bid management.
• Experience in a BPO/contact center environment.
• Hands-on experience handling bidding, RFPs, and pre-sales initiatives.
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation experience.
• Experience facilitating WBR/MBR/QBR sessions.
• Experience in relationship management and expectation setting.
• Experience handling conflict resolution and escalations at a high level.
• Data-driven approach to decision making.
• Advanced reporting and dashboard interpretation skills.
• Proficiency with contact center systems including ACD, CRM, and call monitoring tools.
• Strong Excel and presentation skills.
