Private Advertiser in Manila is seeking a Business Development & Proposals Assistant Manager to drive winning proposals, client-focused solutions, and strategic growth across Southeast Asia.

You will coordinate RFP responses, pricing inputs, and business cases with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and maintain proposal libraries, while engaging senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality submissions.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, proposal management, bid management, solutions development, sales support, or related functions.
• Experience supporting RFPs, tenders, bids, or complex proposal submissions.
• Strong proposal writing, presentation development, and business storytelling skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint and strong Excel capabilities.
• Experience with financial modeling, ROI analysis, pricing, or business case development is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience within professional services, consulting, facilities management, real estate, outsourcing, or other B2B industries is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate high-quality proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and tender submissions.
• Partner with business development, operations, finance, and subject matter experts to create compelling client solutions.
• Support solution development, value proposition creation, and proposal strategies that drive business growth.
• Prepare business cases, pricing inputs, financial analyses, and supporting commercial documentation.
• Manage proposal timelines and coordinate stakeholder contributions to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
• Maintain proposal libraries, templates, case studies, and knowledge resources.
• Support sales and business development teams through client discovery meetings, opportunity tracking, and preliminary solution development.
• Ensure proposal quality, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements.
• Identify potential commercial, operational, and delivery risks during the proposal process.
