Job summary

Last Mile Support in Quezon City, Philippines, is seeking a proactive Bid Manager to own the end-to-end bid process in a technical industry. You will coordinate SMEs, craft compliant bid content, and develop a robust bid library to support winning proposals.

You will also develop strategies to differentiate offerings in competitive markets and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and quality standards. Strong communication, multitasking, and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires tertiary qualification (Engineering/Management/Business/Project Management/Marketing).
• Experience in construction, engineering, or property development desirable.
• Strong strategic thinking and project coordination required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire bid process from identification to submission and post-bid analysis.
• Develop compelling and compliant bid content, including technical explanations and case studies.
• Ensure all bid documentation is complete and complies with regulations and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain a bid library with credentials, references, and templates.
• Develop winning bid strategies and articulate value propositions in competitive markets.
• Coordinate input from SMEs (insurance, legal, finance, engineers, architects, etc.) for bids.
